Do you know this kind of people that make you feel like shit when they try to help you?
They're not actually helping they just try to minimize your problem so they won't actually have to do anything.
But if they see that your problem is going to impact them they make you responsible for the inconvenience.
At this stage at best they ignore you and you're left alone to deal with your problem, at worst they expect you to make an effort to make life easier for them. And if you don't you're the selfish one who's not thinking of others.

So yeah. Right now I'm feeling pretty alone.

Sometimes I have to go offline, because I need a mental health break, before having a complete breakdown. There's so much to process and care for, and I do care deeply. It is just too much.

The whole thing is so frustrating and disheartening that I just keep giving up. But I know that what would help me immensely both from a #contentCreator and #mentalHealth perspective would be finding some way to hire outside help. I just need to figure out where, and how (and how much).
