Dass Israels Premier Netanjahu Warnungen vor dem Hamas-Überfall am 7. Oktober 2023 ignoriert haben soll, war bereits bekannt. Nun erreicht der Vorwurf durch eine brisante Enthüllung eine neue Dimension - und das kurz vor der Wahl.

"Netanjahu erhielt wenige Tage vor dem 7. Oktober eine ausdrückliche Warnung. Und er hat Israels Sicherheitschefs nicht informiert": So lautet die Schlagzeile, die die linksliberale Tageszeitung Haaretz Dienstag früh veröffentlichte. Seither diskutiert Israel aufgeregt darüber.

Der Inhalt des Berichts hat es in sich: 45 Minuten lang soll der Präsident der Vereinigten Arabischen Emirate, Mohammed bin Zayed, Ende September 2023 mit Israels Premierminister Benjamin Netanjahu telefoniert haben. Eindringlich habe er in dem Gespräch vor einem bevorstehenden Großangriff der Hamas gewarnt - und das nur anderthalb Wochen vor dem 7. Oktober 2023. Also vor dem Tag, an dem die Hamas Israel überfiel, fast 1.200 Menschen tötete und etwa 250 als Geiseln nahm... (weiter)

Leider scheint sich trotz Völkerrecht immer noch der Grundsatz zu bewahrheiten, dass im Krieg alles erlaubt ist. Wage erinnern tut das an Agent Orange in Vietnam.

Jetzt muss natürlich erst mal jahrelang ein juristisches Gutachten erstellt werden, ob man dieses Verhalten als Kriegsverbrechen einordnen darf. Die Menschen sind dann längst geflohen oder verhungert.

Einordnen müsste man dies als eigentlich geächtete Biowaffe oder Ökoterrorismus. Erschwerend kommt hinzu, dass die Region ohnehin durch den Klimawandel stark unter Wüstenbildung leidet. Land das jahrelang nicht für die Landwirtschaft genutzt werden kann ist wahrscheinlich für immer verloren.

Un journaliste palestinien dépose plainte contre un Ucclois pour crimes contre l’humanité à Gaza - Le Soir

Le journaliste palestinien Mohammed Alhelou, ainsi que l’ASBL Hind Rajab Foundation, ont déposé plainte contre A.B., un Belgo-Israélien identifié comme sniper d’un bataillon de l’armée israélienne. Ils accusent l’Ucclois de violations graves du droit international humanitaire.

Mohammed Alhelou, Palestinien de 24 ans, était journaliste à Gaza, avant de se réfugier en Europe. Caméra ou iPhone à la main, il a largement documenté la guerre menée par Israël, et plus précisément les mois de terreur vécus dans ou à proximité de l’hôpital Nasser, à Khan Younès. Entre novembre 2023 et février 2024, il y suit la vie des réfugiés, des médecins, des patients, qui vivent sous les bombes et les tirs de l’armée israélienne.

Tout ce travail documentaire, il le poste sur ses réseaux sociaux – il a notamment 137.000 followers sur Instagram – au péril de sa vie. A plusieurs reprises, comme il le montre au Soir sur des vidéos sur son smartphone, il essuie des tentatives de tirs, voit des proches tomber. Lors d’un reportage, il est même directement touché par un tir de sniper, après avoir été visé à plusieurs reprises, malgré le port de son casque et gilet « PRESS ». C’est à ce gilet, probablement, et à un peu de chance assurément, qu’il doit la vie. La balle se loge en effet, sans le toucher directement, à hauteur de son épaule droite dans le gilet pare-balles.

Après ces mois sur le terrain, le jeune Gazaoui quitte, forcé, son territoire natal, et fuit vers les Pays-Bas, où il vit actuellement comme demandeur d’asile. Là, il se met en recherche de relais juridiques, car il veut pouvoir porter plainte contre les responsables de la mort de son petit frère, tué à 14 ans, et cela devant un tribunal international. Un contact l’amène alors vers la Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF). Cette ASBL de droit belge, fondée par le militant politique controversé Dyab Abou Jajah, a notamment dans son objectif social de « défendre les membres de la diaspora palestinienne dans leur lutte pour la justice ».

Et lors de la rencontre entre la HRF et Mohammed Alhelou, un rapprochement est fait entre ce qu’il a vécu et des informations précédentes connues de la fondation. Il avait en effet été révélé, en octobre 2024, par le journaliste d’investigation palestinien Younis Tirawi, et relayé par une enquête du Morgen, qu’un Belgo-Israélien, originaire d’Uccle, serait membre de l’unité de snipers « Refaim » (fantôme en hébreu), au sein d’un bataillon de l’armée israélienne. L’unité en question est accusée d’avoir tiré sur des civils, et son membre de nationalité belge, A.B., faisait déjà l’objet d’une plainte au pénal portée par l’ABP, l’association belgo-palestinienne.

Un témoin direct des faits
En croisant les déplacements connus et documentés de cette unité de snipers « fantôme » de l’armée israélienne, et la présence de Mohammed Alhelou à l’hôpital Nasser, il est donc apparu que le jeune journaliste palestinien pourrait être une victime, directe ou indirecte, du Belge qui fait l’objet d’une enquête dans notre pays. Raison pour laquelle deux plaintes ont été déposées la semaine dernière auprès du juge d’instruction Anciaux, contre A.B. spécifiquement et contre X., par Mohammed Alhelou et par la Hind Rajab Foundation. Ils ont décidé de se porter partie civile.

Dans chacune de ces plaintes, que Le Soir a pu consulter, l’avocat qui plaide la cause des plaignants, Jan Fermon, retrace largement les faits établis, et ce qui pourrait établir une culpabilité de A.B. De (très) nombreuses photos et vidéos, toutes horodatées, sont jointes au dossier. La défense possède également un témoin, le Dr Almoghrabi, chirurgien de l’hôpital Nasser, qui est prêt à corroborer les faits dénoncés par Alhelou. Ce dernier possède notamment une vidéo, qu’il a tournée lui-même, où l’on voit clairement un sniper.

Il n’empêche, tous ces faits mis les uns à la suite des autres constituent des rapprochements qui interpellent, mais pas des preuves formelles. « Laissons l’enquête se dérouler », balaie toutefois Jan Fermon, qui explique que l’avancée lente du processus, avec des rapprochements petit bout par petit bout, est récurrente dans le droit international. L’absence de lien explicite et certain entre la balle tirée dans le gilet pare-balles du jeune journaliste et A.B. n’arrêtera pas les plaignants. Ils rappellent que même un lien de complicité ou un statut de coauteur des faits peut suffire à poursuivre. A l’heure d’écrire ces lignes, le parquet de Bruxelles n’avait, à la connaissance de Jan Fermon, pas encore donné suite aux plaintes déposées le 9 juin dernier.

IDF is literally destroying all buildings in Gaza.

This wasn't a military target, nor was it a Hamas owed mosque, it was just the symbol of something israel wants to erase.

Every house, every university, every government building and every apartment complex is going to be destroyed, flattened and turned into robble to make Gaza uninhabitable.

This is not a war against Hamas, it's not even about just Palestinians, it is a war of dominance, war of eradication of all signs of what it was there before and the war of cleansing everything, people, buildings, culture, farms and even graves.

And in the mean time, the "world" is standing idle watching it happen again and again and if you dare questioning it, or god forbid if you dare to criticize it, you end up losing your job, your reputation, your rewards and in some cases even your freedom.

This, my friends, is the new, new, new world order.

Most of the freed hostages don't talk, however, some of the Thai workers who were also released, alongside Israeli and dual nationals, spoke in detail about the desperate conditions, beatings and random executions.

Out of 6 thai hostages 2 was killed in the beginning, the friend of the person was randomly chosen and shot in the head just next to them because the truck was full of hostages and there was no more place for a person to transport.

At the target are they were tied and moved into empty houses. Short after that the soldiers started hitting and kicking everyone, without any point. When they tried to say that they are thai they got a bit less of that but they kept hitting and kicking israely people for an hour.

They were moved again, and an both ends they were hit and kicked for a long time again. Arriving in the tunnel system (and after another long beating) they were moved in a windowless room, where they have been beaten for more 2-3 days, repeatedly. The israelis got a week more continuous beating, including being hit for hours by charged electrical wires. They got 2 pita as a day's ration and 2 bottles of water for all of the people. The thai people were moved in a different place after 3-4 days where the beatings were stopped and they got a little bit more food.

After about a month a leader-looking person told them that "thai go home", they were moved through a tunnel system, and finally given over to the Red Cross, after 50 days.

Some hostages are not even held by Hamas but various other smaller terrorist organisations.

(The people mentioned called Pornsawan Pinakalo, Anucha Angkaew, and some of them were not specifically named.)
