When dealing with incoming enemies I will most likely let player to either wait till they arrive to you (so you fight in area you've picked, however risking damaging key point of interest during the fight) or counter attack and meet them in the fields.

I hooked up the precipitation system to weather data, so here is another "timelapse".

Note: The building on the left with a completely collapsed front wall was an accident unrelated to a large spaceship.

I've integrated time flow manager and connected some other things. So here is little ~24h time lapse (only general simulation is sped up) while in zone view.

Now, full disclosure: The game isn't designed for players to spend prolonged, continuous time in a zone, while the timescale in there is 1:1 with the real world. Hence, I am aware that the light direction in a zone doesn't change, nor do advanced atmospheric conditions like fog.

First Graviton ability - Suppression field. Consumes two distortion levels from all affected vehicles in the target area. Suppresses the effect of gravity and heavily disorients the crew, slowing the fire rate and reload times.

This is, of course, wip, but let's see how it goes. Trees near the game plane are going to be destructible. There were multiple ways to approach it, including simple softbody simulation, however, I've decided to stick with the hybrid approach.

Most of the heavy lifting is done by the GPU. On the CPU side, there is a simple spring simulation and, of course, an extremely simple four-vertex body simulation for a short period of time when the tree gets snapped.
