Is it possible to add #monetization features to the #Fediverse? There are a lot of mainstream sites that have #gifting features for content creators in which they can convert those gifts to a payout. It'd be amazing if something like that could be implemented throughout the Fediverse to #donate to people's favorite content creators. 👀 Might help the Fediverse gain traction more quickly as well. People stick with a lot of #mainstream platforms because there's money to be made there. It's harder to leave big corporate platforms when your livelihood is attached to it. But if such a feature existed in the Fediverse that was compatible across all Fediverse platforms 🤯 IMAGINE the growth that would happen and all the opportunities that would open up for people. We could all finally break free from the financial shackles that have content creators tied to #corrupt #BigTech #corporations, bring them here to the Fediverse in which they have the potential to be supported by followers across all platforms. 👀
