Come, take my hand, walk,
with me, these strange paths of night;
our dreams are ready.

Algorhyme

I think that I shall never see
A graph more lovely than a tree.
A tree whose crucial property
Is loop-free connectivity.
A tree that must be sure to span
So packets can reach every LAN.
First, the root must be selected.
By ID, it is elected.
Least-cost paths from root are traced.
In the tree, these paths are placed.
A mesh is made by folks like me,
Then bridges find a spanning tree.

When I hear snow..
This poem comes to my mind..
_Liu Zongyuan (773-819): _
Tang Dynasty

江雪
千山鳥飛絕
萬徑人蹤滅
孤舟簑笠翁
獨釣寒江雪

River-Snow
(In a thousand mountains, not a bird takes flight
On a million paths, not a soul in sight, but
Alone in a boat, an old man sits in a grass cape under a bamboo hat
Fishing, on the snow-covered river, despite the cold)
