Highly recommend using a piece of cardboard to organize screws for any larger repair project. There is no way I would have kept these straight even in a partitioned container. (Also WHY SO MANY TYPES OF SCREWS, 80S PRINTER DESIGNERS!?) #RetroTech #repair

In the process of disassembling a #PlayStation2 slim model (SCPH-77004) bought this morning as "for spares" at the #fleamarket. The seller told me it was not showing anything on screen, it was turning off by itself after a few seconds, etc.
I tried it with a good PSU and... The thing just works. Maybe he could not see anything because the unit was set for YBPRB video. It loads games and stays powered on just fine. Only thing is the battery is dead, so I'm replacing it. Not really a #repair
