A large pro Palestine march moved through central Berlin, with demonstrators calling for the release of Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli cells, an immediate halt to German arms exports to Israel and an end to Israel's genocide.

Protesters directly challenged the German government over its political and military backing of Israel, with continued arms exports and diplomatic support enabling ongoing crimes against Palestinian civilians.

Berlin has long shielded Israel from accountability while suppressing dissent at home with harsh policing, using the pretext of historical responsibility to justify unconditional support regardless of Israel’s actions.
