Connected, we are stronger 🇪🇺
New EU rules on trans-European transport network will enter into force this week and strengthen the backbone of our mobility system.
They set many targets, including:
🚆a minimum speed for trains of 160km/h;
🅿️ safe and secure parking areas every 150 km along the network;
✈️ an obligation to connect major airports with long-distance rail;
📦 more rail freight to meet the current demand
