•The story is way more grandiose: they want Hungarian people to pay for a uni built by chinese companies for the chinese students, plus extreme interest, plus a huge amount of corruption money (for hungarian govt goons), where neither hu pupils nor teachers would get any good, with full chinese party control, and taking area from the accepted hu student city plan; money twice the annual support of the whole hu education.
