On February 27, the U.S. Forest Service quietly issued a permit allowing Pete Lien & Sons to start exploratory drilling for graphite at Pe' Sla, the heart of the Black Hills, the heartbeat of the Oceti Sakowin.

Tell Secretary Burgum to reverse this permit and end all mining claims in the Black Hills until treaty rights are respected and restored.
