I just saw this logo (shared on the blog @dancing in dystopia ) and at first thought it was a very cool initiative. Until I read the contents of the license on their website. Such ideas stop serving people if they are not under a free license. That's why I will bring it to the attention of those who use it. The hashtag #notbyai can certainly be used without anyone's permission and the logo that expresses it can be redesigned and made available under a free license.
