@Marijn I just saw this logo (shared on the blog @dancing in dystopia ) and at first thought it was a very cool initiative. Until I read the contents of the license on their website. Such ideas stop serving people if they are not under a free license. That's why I will bring it to the attention of those who use it. The hashtag #notbyai can certainly be used without anyone's permission and the logo that expresses it can be redesigned and made available under a free license.
well, tbh I'm not sure what exactly do you mean, so I will answer to my two most probable guesses:
🌷 If you're talking about "not by ai for business": I've downloaded the badge for free around half a year ago and at that time, there was no "business" option on the site. Paying for such a badge is laughable, by the way, and it makes me consider making my own badge or banner. So, thanks for writing! I will probably replace it soon, just give me time to make something on my own (that will not be a plagiarism, because APPARENTLY THEY RESTRICTED THE GRAPHICS LOL).
🌷 If you're talking AGAIN about the fact that I use Wordpress (or any other site that collects cookies and such): deal with it or not, but please, do not drown me again with your replies about the issue, I've heard you the first time. It's great you care for privacy, but last time, you literally flooded me 😁
@dancing in dystopia My post is only about the #notbyai logo #license and nothing else on your blog site. And the privacy issues I once wrote about were about a completely different site.
Download and add the Not By AI badge to showcase your AI-free & human-first approach to content creation (writings, art, photos, paintings, videos, and music)

It is not ideal. If I had known this and read the fine-print, I probably wouldn't have shared it 😔
