I had a nice evening yesterday at the offline at the KDE Plasma 6 release party. Guess the most important thing is, that the cube and wobbly windows are back 🥰

Not that I really used it in the past, but I remember having it active during some Linux presentations and it was always an eye-catcher to have to show off the capabilities of this other OS that is for free and runs on old hardware.

Thanks for the invitation @KDE Eco #FreeSorftware #FLOSS #KDE #KDEPlasma #berlin @offline

Umm. Small correction: Wobbly windows never went away.I am addicted to those, and I would have realized.
However some of the spectacular ALT TAB task switch animations did suddenly vanish at some point, I hope they come back.
More phun with task switching then!!

Anyway: Did you check, if the cube behavior is "kinematic"? The old Compiz cube did this (a certain inertia when turning + a bit of back bouncing). The old Plasma cube did suck, because it missed that phun!

I think we only played with the kinematic settings for the spring-constants of the wobbly windows up until the point that the springs got into an overall chaotic system and the window bounced around the desktop like crazy 🤣 - but for the cube I did not check that effect 😉 @Herr Irrtum!
