My mom just finished piecing this freaking GORGEOUS quilt top and I have the absolute privilege of getting to machine quilt it for her AAAAAAA I AM SO EXCITED #Quilting #Quilts #Maker #MastoArt #DIY #Sewing

I'm late to the #introductions, but here it goes. I'm 30, she/her, from #Germany. I work as a environmental scientist at a university, pursuing a PhD degree. I need some #python #programming skills to do that.

I've just finished #sewing a quick pair of shorts to wear under summer skirts and

a) the sky has just darkened
b) I've realized that I should have taken pictures and published the pattern as #freeSoftWear

oh, well, if they fit well I'm going to make another pair in the same fabric, except *gasp* not-black, and they should be easier to photograph.

also, if they really work as an encouragement for rain, I'm up for making even more pairs :D
