Quick tip: if you camelCase your hashtags, people who use screen readers will have an easier time with them.

So, for example: #twitterMigration or #TwitterMigration instead of #twittermigration

if only hyphens we're supported :(
We at #Friendica support so many punctuation marks in hashtags we end up with bungled ones like (#Friendica)
But at least we support #Hyphens-in-hashtags!
I've never heard it called "camel case" before. It's always been "title case" to me.
The way I learned it is:
  • CamelCase
  • snakeCase
