Halloween is coming. I have a baby with a 6pm bedtime.

Maybe I could write a note to warn off the trick or treaters but that might make me unpopular and my inner child would be very disappointed in me.

Maybe I could leave a bowl outside as some sort of honesty box peace offering. But one kid will come and empty the whole thing into their bucket at 18:04.

Perhaps we turn out all of the lights and sit in the dark for a few hours and pretend not to be home. Sorted.
