To be honest, the only framework I have profound experience with is GTK with the help of relm (not relm4 yet, wasn't available back then, that would be my go-to crate nowadays for these use cases), and I can't judge memory/cpu requirements there. I'd probably take a closer look at #relm4, #iced or #tauri if I'd have to develop something with GUI, depending on the requirements.
