As far as I can see Iran is hitting many key military and economic targets repeatedly tonight.

War harms civilians. Iran's response included strikes on targets clearly of strategic value but that will be condemned due to the presence of civilians.One example is that Dubia's hotel district appears to have been hit be an Iranian drone.
