Devalue their wealth by forcing them to live isolated from all others who aren't rich.
Don't allow them to buy any good or service from anyone who isn't rich. No exceptions.
Clothes? They have to grow and harvest the cotton themselves, spin it into thread themselves, weave it into cloth themselves, and sew it into clothing themselves. Want to wash your clothes? You have to make the soap yourselves, and do the washing yourselves. You can use machines, but you have to mine the metals yourselves, etc.
Get the idea?
Rich people don't grow wealthy by selling their unusually valuable labor. Their labor is generally worth less. What would happen if all the CEOs stayed home for a week? What would happen if all the workers stayed home?
Wealthy people aren't paid for their labor; they're paid to own stuff. Other people's labor provides their wealth, not their own.
