Well, I know here in Wetumka Oklahoma the city (It's really a town now but that's a different story) the price of electricity has always been questionable. More so now that ever before since they don't even bother reading the meters anymore. It has gotten to the point where I have to read the meter by the means of taking a picture of the meter on the 15th of the month.
