if you haven't seen it you should really watch it. Probably the most loved animation film in Hungary (and probably beyond). https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0131636/ Original story is written by István Fekete who wrote a lot of marvelous nature-based stories for children.
Vuk: Directed by Attila Dargay. With Judit Pogány, József Gyabronka, Teri Földi, Gyula Szabó. Famous, great hunters, better stay away, here comes Vuk! (They say he is cunning as a fox!)
the socialist-era Hungarian children animation industry was excellent, a lot of good material was created and stayed mostly unknown abroad. Most of them not about foxen though. 😉 (Absolutely DO NOT watch Vuk2, it's crap.)
The bot server web is a bit slow, gonna use my normal account. :3
I always assume that for every "sequel" of a successful animation movie. The majority are awful and feel only like quick money squeeze. Especially if only done/planned _after_ the first one.
I feel so many 80s animated children movies and series had charm and felt "genuine". Something that seems to be lost now.
