No, it is a welcome entertainment backup when my node is updating for 29 hours straight, my constrained use made it livable, and I have contacts over there I don't have on the Fediverse I don't want to lose.

Part of it was related to the fact that I had to perform the update multiple times on the item table because it failed repeatedly, but still.

Rarely, I have a single-node install on a limited VPS and no data expiration policy, so the post table is massive for a node/server my size. The Libranet/Piratica servers are much bigger but there should be less items per user on better performing servers, so the update may not take as long.

Yeah, I kind of gawked at the "updating for 29 hours straight", but I thought perhaps there's a typo and it was "29 minutes" :) Do Friendica updates take so long?

@Hypolite Petovan You can follow the link to original. On my side it worked. But I noticed that not all unicode emojis are displayed as big_emoji.

Ooooh, since it's a display thing and not a message thing, I need to enable it on my side to see it, even if it wasn't on your side.
