So you suggest the US-based Linux maintainers, including Linus, should break US law and go to prison? I don't think that's a good plan. The situation will probably change soon anyway, when the US allows Russia to have as much of Europe as they want.
Also tone it down, please - nobody ever said they "hated" any Russian software developers, especially not because of their origin. They were required by law to be removed because of their association with banned companies. Argumentative and exaggerated rhetoric like that does not help in any way. If you're feeling mad, maybe walk away from the keyboard for a while.
