Does anyone know if there's a proper way to make a #Huion Kamvas 24 Plus work on #Fedora ? Is there a working open-source driver for it ?
@davidrevoy maybe you have a clue? đŸ˜›
There's a proprietary linux driver available, but only for Ubuntu based distros (that's what I use on Mint for now).

•Hey, your only hope afaik is to check the Digimend driver (easy to install with the DKMS method https://github.com/DIGImend/digimend-kernel-drivers#installing-from-source-with-dkms )
An issue says a tablet similar works on it : https://github.com/DIGImend/digimend-kernel-drivers/issues/544 but Kamvas 24 Pro, not 'Plus'. Might be very different.
If you are on X11; once Digimend installed, you can follow step like for https://www.davidrevoy.com/article870/review-gaomon-m10k-2018-graphic-tablet-on-linux-for-digital-painting to control the settings with xsetwacom.

•I'll try on live usb first, or on a temp install on a spare ssd. It should be similar to the pro version, only the resolution is different (QHD instead of 4K) and since there's no buttons or remote, basic functionality might be ok. Fingers crossed đŸ˜€
