We're happy to announce this year's Feminist IT to the Sky edition 🥳

Taking place on the 26th of September 2026 in Vienna, hosted at the LEAN-CODERS office, Hainburger Straße 33, 1030 Wien.

A whole day of feminist engagement with diverse IT topics for FLINTA* folks.

There are two tracks: one hackathon-style track with the overarching topic "Tech Literacy Through Community", and an IT security track where we solve challenges together in small groups.

At the end of the day, we'll have a fishbowl discussion hosted by @jackie and @hola_soy_milk.

Free of charge, registration is open for all FLINTA* people, there will be food and drinks, but feel free to bring along some home-made snacks or pastries too 😋

WU3 Segments, my font based on the displays on subway line U3 in Vienna is now (mostly) complete!

chocolate powder (or whatever) printers actually exist, I have seen one in the #Wien Mitte the Mall shopping center 5 (walking) minutes from my home! On a #Nespresso booth which is there this week for a launch of a new machine. The printer seems to be the same model as the one in the Storehouse in Dublin, but print quality on beer seems to be better than on Cappuccino...
