I simplified the @pixelfed mobile app registration process!

- Added banners to server list
- Review rules one at a time
- Moved name, avatar, bio steps after email verification
- Added Privacy step
- Added Interests step
- Added Suggested follows step
- Email verification delivery fallback

Should be ready to ship later this weekend 😎 #pixelfedApp
