Work desk properly upgraded. This was a height-adjustable table with just a panel on it until yesterday, now it has proper separation to surrounding furniture and walls, and better cable management. #homeoffice
Top view of a wooden work desk, with two computer screens, a keyboard and a mouse on it. The desk has three wooden walls of ~60cm height on the left, right and back side, covered with gray concrete-like print. Bottom side of a work desk, with a wooden wall at the back side of the table that reaches around 60cm below the table, and mounted to this wall is a cable conduit and a mount for the desktop computer.
Bottom view of a height-adjustable desk with a ~6cm wide cable chain connecting the table to the wall. A height-adjustable desk, picture taken from below, where a mount for the desktop computer and a cable chain connected to the wall can be seen.
This is soo niiccee! 🤩 Clean! The black cable chain, is it 3d-printed or bought? If it's printed, can I have the link to the model? 😇 🤤
@faern I thought about 3d-printing one, for a long time, but in the end I ordered one. Probably cheaper and definitely a lot more robust. I made the final decision based on the fact that I'm not good at designing 3D models, and I didn't find any model with proper end parts that looked like I wanted them.
Ok! I checked printables quickly and saw a few. But I did not look at them in detail. Yes, yours is quite large and would eat a significant amount of filament. So buying might actually not be more expensive :) Thanks for the info.
