So what happened in the #Facebook #meta #fediverse conference call yesterday? Has someone from our (the fediverse) side put out a blog post? Or did the NDA work?
Well, if we’re talking about the folks who attended that meeting under NDA with Facebook/Meta the phrase “our side” is doing a lot of work in that sentence.
I don’t need no meta discussion ;) I really want to know what they discussed. And we, as the diverse fediverse, have asked many times for transparency on this. Let’s see if they are on our side or not 😀
the longer the whole thing is under NDA, the more likely it becomes that I will block all Meta related stuff on my instances as I consider this more and more non-open, bad faith and hostile behaviour towards the Fediverse.
