Yesterday I saw that there is a folder in my web root which is called "proxy", but in /admin I have set that this folder is somewhere in /var/..., how can this then be in the web root path?

Is this the "Storage base path", or some other setting? I see several paths, one is the "Path to item cache" , one is "Storage base path" and then there is the "Temp path". Which would be the proxy folder thing I have in the web root?
Yesterday I opened the settings and then clicked in the Storage path field and pressed enter, which then saves the setting again. Today I will check if still /proxy is created.

@Steffen K9 🐰 so I can not provide a path for this? The same folder structure, with a lot of subfolders, seems to be the Storage Base path?
But if you say the folders existence means it will be used, it might still override the setting.
I deleted the folder yesterday, let's see if it is there again today.
