You are using Composer 1 which is deprecated. You should upgrade to Composer 2, see https://blog.packagist.com/deprecating-composer-1-support/


I get that during an update of Friendica when I run bin/composer.phar install --no-dev.

@utzer [Friendica] Nope, we still depend on the fxp/composer-plugin Composer dependency that isn’t compatible with Composer 2.
