@utzer [Friendica] Meh. On one hand a lot of humor around is punching down, and claiming critics “don’t understand humor” is a way to deflect valid criticism.
On the other hand, a lot of humor is about concealed meaning where people in the know can mock people who aren’t, so “not understanding humor” is the main comedic effect and pretending it’s the individual people’s fault is disingenuous.

But by all mean, please make fun of the fact that I somehow wouldn’t understand humor.
