Hey !Friendica Support
after the update to #Friendica 2022.10 I had post update version is 1483/1484, so I started the post update via console. On one server it ran just a few seconds and was done, on the other server it is now running fΓΌr 67h and occupies one CPU core 100% all the time.

What should I do? Let it run another week or kill and restart the process?
I also experienced high cpu load after the upgrade, waited for a few hours and then rebooted. It looked like the upgrade tried to run twice (got an error message hinting to that via mail)

Everything seems fine now.

@AndiS 🌞🍷πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Ί I don't have high CPU load, it is just one core that is used, so it could run on more. htop only shows one process for the post update, assuming it is always named with something that includes "post", but maybe that is not the case. running twice could be, yes.
Well my vserver only has two cores and both were pegged with update process(es)

I'd try rebooting. I always take a snapshot before updating so I just did that and everything was fine afterwards. @utzer ~Friendica~
