I've been on Bluesky for less than 48 hours and my feed is already way more useful than on Mastodon, despite following only a couple of people.

I really don't understand Mastodon's aversion to discovery algorithms. Algorithms aren't inherently evil, and I would argue that they're necessary for social media to function.

The odds of me staying here are pretty slim when it's almost impossible for people to find my stuff, and for me to discover new people, without doing a bunch of manual work.
