I'm a qualified yes; I have a complex of beliefs around human rights, information freedom, sustainability and flourishing that are as important to me as most religious beliefs are to others. They're foundational to how I approach the world and how I make decisions about my life and relationships. Qualified because they are mostly homegrown, derive from a diverse canon, and may not be recognized as religious even by those who share them.
