Jethro Tull, "Thick as a Brick (Parts 1 & 2)":

#ProgRock
I like Jethro Tull, but am I wrong to prefer Selling England By The Pound by Genesis over this?
Hardcore Tull fan here. They are the band that introduced me to rock in roll in '78 and moved me over from Disco. Never looked back.

There is no wrong, @DavïÐ Låzårµ§
@tedewen@diasp.org - I'd much prefer disco to hip hop and today's pop trash.

@Dave Higgins - Right. And it might help for me to say that I had been listening to Steve Hackett's recent live album where he performs most of the songs from his Spectral Mornings album and Selling England By The Pound in its entirety. His band does a phenomenal job. Nad Sylvan's vocals have improved quite a bit since he first started singing Genesis tunes in Steve's band. Further, both Rob Townsend and John Hackett play flute on the album. Neither may be quite at the level of Ian Anderson, but they are both quite good. Rob also plays sax on several tracks.
@Dave Higgins - Definitely! And Craig Blundell doesn't try to emulate Phil's playing. He gives the songs his own flair.
