It all depends on the leadership's qualities as human beings as to whether we powerless are invited or enslaved to pay the consequences of their decisions in misery and blood.

I think that Leno, the person, has f-all to do with anything on this post. I think that the image, captured from one of Leno's performances, paid for by a corporation with CEOs, is being used as a prop to make the point.
