Except it isn't under GDPR, because it isn't freely given.
You can't even get in to delete your account without giving that "consent", or paying.
That's pretty blatantly forced consent, not freely given consent, so I'm *quite* sure it's invalid under the #GDPR. Certainly GDPR Article 4 Section 11 requires "consent" to be "freely given" by the Data Subject. An expert would know better.
Gives me "You must log in to continue." Thus proving my point? 😛 Of course you can delete your account *after* logging in (and "giving consent"), though I wouldn't trust them to delete your data if you do...
