Very pleased with #fosdem virtual conference setup

Video feed runs just fine, can be sent to a TV through Chromecast, watch it directly from streaming URL, etc

Chat application (mobile and web) through Matrix is nice and simple, with a widget and bot to help with the schedule

Is the fosdem.org server federated? I tried to get in with my own matrix account but got this error.
