A great orchestra with a great soloist... but to me this si a "Herbie show" first and foremost.
It is always quite mesmerizing to watch Maestro Blomstedt, still very much on top of his game - he is currently the oldest active conductor in the world at 93 years of age. And conducting Schubert´s "Die Große C-Dur" from memory, of course ! 🤍
