Écosse: Au procès contre la solidarité avec la Palestine


Au tribunal de Glasgow, l’accusation de terrorisme à l’encontre de Mick Napier, fondateur de la Scottish Palestine Solidarity Campaign, a été abandonnée. Le procureur a néanmoins demandé de maintenir les conditions répressives de la mise en liberté sous caution, notamment l’interdiction de participer à toute manifestation en Écosse. Après quelques questions, le juge a annulé toutes les conditions de mise en liberté sous caution. Mick Napier doit cependant encore répondre de quelques accusations de « manifestation non autorisée », pour lesquelles une condition de libération sous caution lui interdit l’accès au centre ville de Glasgow.

I must say that I support the existence of Israel in a two state solution so I suppose in that sense I support Zionism but that laudable movement has been so terribly twisted that the term has now warped to being generally used for its most criminal aspect. I am sickened by images of the modern right-wing "Zionists" wearing yellow never forget stars insulting that important historical purpose.
