@schmittlauchRemember: if you want to use this highly influential piece of software that allows you to talk to Jack Dorsey, it was developed by someone I don’t like and he might be extremely nice to you if you open an issue or pull request.

@schmittlauchI also like how he tried to undermine my work by saying “one popular bridge” instead of the first and ONLY bridge.
That said, what happens if someone starts hosting a second bridge? Do the messages on fedi's side start getting duplicated from both domains?
A problem can arise if you follow alex@bridge-A and another person on your server follows alex@bridge-B, and then I mention you. Both bridges will send you a separate notification. So on the AP side you want your server only interacting with one bridge.
