5x per day, every 2:30-3:00 hours. Small quantities (150g) protein-rich Mediterranean meals (beef jerky, tuna, shrimp, eggs, halloumi cheese, salmon, sardines, etc.). 🤤 No sugar, no fizzy drinks, no 'white foods' (pasta, rice, bread, etc.). Lots of water and tea. 1 espresso shot after dinner, a small serving of Port wine on the weekends. 🍷 🇵🇹
