I use a specialized beard shampoo, but frankly cannot tell if its effects are any different from the hair shampoo 🤷‍♂️
I voted for spec beard wash. But that's actually not that often as I usually also use my hair shampoo every day when showering.

I don't have facial hair yet, but Derek uses beard shampoo! He used to use regular shampoo, but then his face started peeling off and he switched to something gentler on your face skin.
shave it off when it gets too dirty
just shower gel
I get a horrible painful red rash on the skin under the beard if I accidentally wash it with soap. Some beard wash and beard oil will fix it in a couple of days.
just my shampoo cos it works also keep it trimmed
Tee Tree based body wash.
shampoo but no conditioner
water. Same for my hair. Haven't used product on it for years. I exercise a lot so I often wind up showering twice a day.
usually just shampoo, sometimes a specialized wash (though that was in my stocking for Christmas, and when it runs out, I'll be back to shampoo until next Christmas).
best way to keep it clean is to shave it!
it's naturally self-cleaning, I don't go in for that Paltrow Goop snake oil. I'm not going to put cucumber wash or a jade egg in my beard.
Soap and water, and a little perfume-free moisturiser that also does my hands, face and hair.
