Where do Mastodon servers inform about instance's character limit? I don't think it's in the NodeInfo?

Am helping in choosing a server for a friend. It should allow long-form posts, but we don't want to choose from Glitch-Soc only, I know "vanilla" servers often configer longer limits too.
