Finally finished building the #LEGO MOC The War Rig from Mad Max: Fury Road by @SerialBuilder_ and it is MASSIVE. I’m happy I was able to hide a ton of various color parts from my collection inside the model. 😋
I will take that compliment, on the whole I preferred Mad Max 2 to Mad Max 4 except for the vehicles that ended up having more characters than the humans.
This is the start to get the instructions: https://www.brickvault.toys/products/the-war-rig

And then BrickLink is your friend to get the parts: https://www.bricklink.com

The estimated cost of $350-400 for the parts is accurate, I paid less because I used about half of them from my personal collection I assembled from buying bulk bins off Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace and NextDoor.

ScriptFanix reshared this.

This is really cool! How long did it take for you to do this‽ In calendar days as I know everyone is busy with life nowadays.

While this MOC is getting some eyeballs, let me plug my #LEGO shop: https://store.bricklink.com/MrPetovan

I sell mostly restored used sets and stickered parts, but I started selling regular parts, minifigures and instructions as well. Shipping outside the US is pretty expensive but I will make an effort for #Fediverse friends!

I don't need the money as much as I need shelf space, so I can be accomodating.
