#Movies #Trivia At the end of Back to the Future (1985), the Johnny B. Goode performance is credited to "Marty McFly and the Starlighters", the name of the fictional band playing at the "Enchantment Under the Sea" dance in 1955.

Here's a fun one, when Marty tried out at his school's talent show, what band did he play with, and who was the teacher that told him he was too loud?
@Seph :verified: Their band is called the Pinheads but I didn't know who's the teacher that tells them to stop. It turns out it's Huey Lewis himself, from whom they're playing a hard rock version of "The Power of Love".
And the Pinheads are played by the News IIRC
@Seph :verified: This seems to be inaccurate, in the movie the Pinheads are portrayed by:
- Michael J. Fox (Guitar)
- Paul Hanson (Bass Guitar, also Fox's guitar coach, he actually performed the solo in the song)
- Lee Brownfield (?)
- Robert DeLapp (?)
Interesting, I've heard it in multiple places, but yeah, I went an looked after your last reply and doesn't seem to be true
@Seph :verified: It isn't too far fetched a rumor since Huey Lewis appears in the movie as well.
