My #cat is an old man so I'm preparing for his inevitable passing. I'll probably miss his meowing.

Especially when I was eating his own food in front of him and there was nothing he could do about it.

@★Miller My best guess is that I will keep hearing phantom meowing. To clear any confusion, this is not my favorite feature of him.

Good you can use humor to prepare for his passing. I wish pets would live as long as we do :(

@HernanLG So far I've had mixed feelings about pets. I'm glad they're good for some people, but the abuse some pets endure and the abuse I endure with Charlie are enough to give me pause. I love the furball (and allegedly it's reciprocal) but I don't like him very much, especially his tiny knives.
