Wish there was a simple way to post to subsets of your followers without just like tagging them all, like on facebook where you could make lists from your master friends list & post things just for them
a couple of fediverse platforms have supported this for a long time (mainly of the Friendica or Diaspora varieties)
I've heard that Pleroma is working on it. Maybe if enough platforms add it, we can get Mastodon to adopt it as well?
It's a legitimately good feature for posting statuses to only specific groups of people, rather than having everything hang out in the open or be a DM.
