Still the most comprehensive thread about how sexist the current #abortion and #contraception situation is.

I’m a mother of six, and a Mormon. I have a good understanding of arguments surrounding abortion, religious and otherwise. I've been listening to men grandstand about women's reproductive rights, and I'm convinced men actually have zero interest in stopping abortion. Here's why…

InsufficientC8H11NO2 reshared this.

...and I still love it, so I reshare it a second time. :D
I stopped at "men are 100% responsible for unwanted pregnancies", I see the message, but hey let's stay serious for fuck sake, that's not helping the cause IMO.
@Robert Biloute - on diaspora-fr.org If you stop reading, you aren't helping the cause either, get the fuck out with your tone policing.
it used to be all the women's fault and responsibility, which was unproven, not fair, absurd and abusive, so we switch to "it's all the man's fault and responsibility".
Congrats, you succedeed in your upgrade to an unproven, not fair, absurd and abusive ideological system.
The rest of the thread may be excellent, but seriously, that trend has to end.
@Robert Biloute - on diaspora-fr.org Here's your problem, you think "it used to be all the women's fault and responsibility" even though it still is the dominant philosophy regarding pregnancy (not even just unwanted ones), especially in the US where prominent lawmakers are still publicly supporting this sexist stance.

But beyond that, if you still haven't read the rest of the thread because of a slightly inaccurate claim (it isn't 100%, closer to 99%, granted), then you are exactly like these men who can't bother with a condom because they only get 8/10 on the sexual intercourse pleasure scale.

What I see is that the mildest personal intellectual inconvenience makes you reject a whole thread and that you consider yourself representative enough that you believe it would somehow hurt the cause while people are physically picketing family planning facilities to shame women frequenting them.

It just doesn't compare. Get a grip.
@Hypolite Petovan I think I do, have a nice adrenaline rush blocking me
@Robert Biloute - on diaspora-fr.org, I recommend reading until the end anyway - especially if it makes you mad. ^ ^
funny how I didn't read your comment entirely, I stopped at 99%, what a precision in sociological studies. These are serious problems, get a grip.
@Robert Biloute - on diaspora-fr.org It is a serious problem, and you get bogged down at the tiniest first inconvenience, got you.
