Not to burst anyone's bubble, but the way that reads here in Canada is: 10 October 2015 1441 hrs UTC. It's already done.
1441 UTC? Isn't that rather specific?
Yeah I don't know whey they do that, but it is a common thing here. It probably essentially identifies a lot number. Product recalls are often done by expiry date, since products like this don't have production dates or serial numbers

Sorry, my mistake. That date is not "10 October 2015 1441 hrs UTC." but "10 February 2015 1441 hrs UTC." It is even more past!
Now you tell us? I've already made the pancake mix and heated the frying pan.
Either way it expired nine years ago!
